EFFECTS OF ACUTE OVEREXPOSURE:
Inhalation: flushing of face, headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting. Eyes: irritant. Skin: absorbed through skin adding to effect of inhalation.

EMERGENCY AND FIRST AID

Inhalation:
Remove to fresh air. Keep warm and comfortable.

Eyes:
wash with water. If breathing is labored, give artificial respiration. If conscious, give black coffee.

Skin:
Remove soaked clothing.

Use personal protection equipment. Keep away from ignition source and other chemicals. Call E.R.T. Team. Absorb with absorbent or flush area with water. Place in D.O.T. waste container and call waste hauler.

WASTE DISPOSAL METHOD:
Call waste hauler. Treat as flammable and consult a certified disposal contractor.

RESPIRATORY PROTECTION:
Air mask. Depends on size of spill. Keep air pack near by.

PROTECTIVE GLOVES:
Wear resistant neoprene gloves.

EYE PROTECTION:
Chemical splash goggles in compliance with OSHA regulations are advised; however, OSHA regulations also permit other type safety glasses. (Consult your safety equipment supplier).

OTHER PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT:
Not generally required. But safety clothes would be recommended.

PRECAUTIONARY LABELING:
D.O.T. Classification. Flammable Liquid. Contains methanol; cannot be made non-poisonous.

OTHER HANDLING & STORAGE CONDITIONS:
Corrode rubber use neoprene. Avoid ignition source and hot spots. Use UL approved explosion proof electrical systems, formal tank entry procedures.
