EFFECTS OF OVEREXPOSURE

EYES:
Irritating, and may injure eye tissue if not removed promptly.

SKIN:
Low order of toxicity.

INHALATION:
Negligible hazard at ambient temperature (-18 to 38 Deg C; 0 to 100 Deg F).

INGESTION:
Minimal toxicity.

FIRST AID

EYE CONTACT:
Flush eyes with large amounts of water until irritation subsides if irritation persists, get medical attention.

SKIN CONTACT:
Flush with large amounts of water; use soap if available. Remove grossly contaminated clothing, including shoes, and launder before reuse.

INHALATION:
Using proper respiratory protection, immediately remove the affected victim from exposure. Administer artificial respiration if breathing is stopped. Keep at rest. Call for prompt medical attention.

INGESTION:
First aid is normally not required.

PERSONAL PROTECTION:
For open systems where contact is likely, wear long sleeves, chemical resistant gloves, and chemical goggles. Where contact may occur, wear safety glasses with side shields. Where overexposure by inhalation may occur and engineering, work practice or other means of exposure reduction are not adequate, approved respirators may be necessary.

VENTILATION:
Maintain ambient concentrations below recommended exposure limits.
